The Isolation Goggle is used to the wearer’s eyes from dust, sand, splashes, sprays, and spatter of liquids.
WARNING
This product is supplied in multi-pack, in each package there is only one user manual. The user manual shall be made available to all users by posting it where the goggles are distributed or by other means. Please check the goggles before use. It’s composed of isolation goggles and fixed devices made of polymer material, a fixed device, non-sterile, disposable. Scratched or damaged goggles should be disposed of. It is not possible to repair them. The goggles, when in contact with skin, can cause allergic reactions to susceptible users.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND APPROVALS
The product is designed and tested to fulfil the requirements set forth in PPE EU 2016/425 as a category II PPE and with applicable parts of standard EN166:2001. Testing and type certification have been made by Shenzhen Precision Eyewear Testing & Inspection Service.
REMOVE THE PROTECTION FILM BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the protection film from both sides of lenses before first use. Put the isolation goggles from the top of your head, adjust the fit to ensure comfort. When remove the isolation goggles, peel it from the top of your head, dispose off in the recycle bin or medical waste receptacle.
STORAGE
Stored in a clean and well ventilated environment without corrosive gases.
RECYCLING
The packing should be recycled as cardboard and the inner-bag as soft plastic (PE). The face shield should be disposed as combustible waste
